Crew Training
We provide both i-act training and Mental Health First Aid through our partner Dolly Mental Health
i-act Mananaging and Promoting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing - Film and TV
We are also accredited to train i-act Managing and Promoting Positive Mental Health and Wellbeing. This is a Royal College of Psychiatrists accredited course run over 6 hours if conducted face to face or 3.5 hours online.
The course comes with a 168 page book full of resources and tools to help the management of mental health on a production.
Course Objectives:
— Give crew members a greater understanding of mental health and wellbeing issues and help them recognise when colleagues may need further help and support.
— Provide practical tools for promoting positive wellbeing on set to help build resilience for ourselves and for colleagues.
— Offer guidance and advice for how crew can connect with colleagues who may be experiencing a mental health or wellbeing issue.
— Equip crew with practical tools, a resource pack and signposting to further help and support concerning mental health and wellbeing issues.
