What we do

Expert led training for responsible productions

Wellbeing, welfare and mental health training for the creative sector

Our training equips creative teams with the knowledge, skills and confidence to create safer, healthier and more responsible working environments. From duty of care and mental health risk assessments to tackling bullying and safeguarding, our programmes turn legal and ethical responsibilities into everyday practice.

Stress, bullying, poor management, exhaustion and exposure to sensitive content all quietly undercut a crew’s ability to perform. Our programmes tackle exactly that, so be part of the growing movement making wellbeing a production priority, not an afterthought.

We provide specialist training that helps productions build safer, healthier and more responsible ways of working. Combining psychology, wellbeing expertise and industry best practice, our programmes support leaders and crews to create positive production cultures where people can thrive and perform at their best.

The wellbeing challenge

We understand the pressures of fast-paced creative environments, so our training is straight to the point and tailored to your specific production, crew and management needs. We’ve gathered industry experts across wellbeing, welfare, mental health, psychology, employment law and safeguarding to build and deliver it.

Having a Wellbeing Facilitator on our documentary productions allowed our crew and contributors to feel fully supported through the filming period.

The WBF’s presence on set as someone the crew knew they could seek out, speak to confidentially and resolve issues with, made a big difference to me as a producer.
